I have owned Medford Optical since 1976. We are
a full service eye care center with a special interest in
pediatric eyewear. The store features a huge selection
of fashion eyewear. Medford Optical has been
nationally recognized as one of the leading optical
shops in the country for kids’ glasses! We have been
featured in 20/20 magazineseveral times.
Other than optical my passion is music, and I play
trombone in several bands. I recently performed at
the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas and Times Square
NY with a group of optometrists called EYE ROCK. I
am a regular member of The Cape Ann Big Band in
Gloucester and have played at many venues in the
area. As an OPTICIAN-MUSICIAN I also specialize
in making music glasses for many of the area’s
professional musician community. These glasses
are made for the specific distance needed to read
the music as well as see the conductor! The concept

your work day so much more comfortable when
